I have a Samsung S5. I have had a lot of problems with syncing the phone to the scale. After numerous emails with support, I accidentally noticed how my readings where making it to my cloud but not the phone. After a little searching, I found that the VPN was on. Once I turned it off, I get a full update and it shows all previous readings too. The reason I am only giving it a 4 is because of the hassle I had to go through to set it up.

It Works Just Fine After.. I can see why people are frustrated for setting up. Instructions are only apple device and it only mentions apple devices. This app and weight sclale will work on android. You will need to pair the device first and after loading the app, go into Device setup and sync the the scale to WiFi network. Just need to have a little patience to get it worked out the first time. Make sure to register your profile in the application in order to take advantage of all of the scale ' s features.

I have ihealth hs5 and software work perfect with that, but little trick need to sync app and hardware ;)
★★☆☆☆
Just does not work. Don't waste your time. I have a Nexus 4 stock, listed as a supported device. The application will connect and I see the bluetooth icon on the ihealth device, but will not do so automatically, I must manually swipe to the right and select the device. It takes so long to connect that I had to increase my screen timeout to 5 minutes from 30 seconds because the application will close if your phone goes to sleep. NOT HOW APPS ON ANDROID WORK. It has displayed Syncing in progress for the past 10 minutes (I bumped up the screen time to 30 minutes.) I have never successfully gotten it to sync.
★★☆☆☆
HS3 Scale Will pair with two Samsung galaxy S4s and iPad however when launch the app to log a reading via blutooth neither my Vitals nor the My Vitals 2.0 apps will connect to the scale. Worthless for what I need it to do.
