★★☆☆☆ This is the worst health insurance, Niva Bupa team members also don't know anything they are working blindly. In Niva Bupa Doctors are simply sitting and press the rejection button, why because they are not doctors all are working like clerks. Any doctor thinking about patient but here doctors are thinking about how to reject the claim. Niva Bupa Doctor's are not considered patient case sheet and discharge summary. They considered only in which letter was submitted 3rd party person to Niva Bupa.
