Love it. But, why does go into sleeep mode so fast? And changing front & rear wheel names seems broken in the app.. Both bluetooth names are samething & sometimes i send image to front tire it goes to rear tire lol. Think this app needs a update to fix little bugs

App designer replied to my emails !!! I have fitted 2 Xuanwheel X1's to my mountain bike & it looks great, i have emailed the App designer & he replied to me on the same day. I have asked about updating the App & adding more gifs & patterns for us users & also asked for a user friendly set of instructions to be added to the App. He also said its quite tricky adding gifs of our own through the mobile system but they are working on it so we can add custom gifs. Also he said i could send gifs & patterns to them & they would add them to the App.

The app it self it's great. It has some limitations but working as
intended. On last update apparently it doesn't show up images/gifs that
were before and checked... the images and gifs are still in the folder. Can
you fix this issue?

This review goes along with their X1 light set; This buggy software is free, but you have to pay money for the light set - and they both have issues. The first time you install it and use this app, it will probably work. And the images on the wheel are cool. BUT...I'd suggest loading the image(s) you can really live with, because there's a big chance it's going to stop connecting and you'll be stuck with whatever was on there last. You are NOT going to be able to change the images all the time like their video and ad suggests, because the app WILL start crashing and fail to load images, which could leave you with just a rainbow like pattern if that's when it decides to stop connecting. That's a $70 gamble you take. With all these issues the X1 set shouldn't sell for more than $20 and this app needs SERIOUS work.

This app worked for about an hour then the next time I tried to use it the gifs and images disappeared and left me with a few lame images! Can't connect Bluetooth! It sucks

App is massive battery hog even when not in use. Make sure you kill the app process after setting the image on the wheel or your battery on your phone will last 30 minutes. Also the image on the wheel has to be reset each time you switch it on or it switches itself off rather than remembering the last image you loaded This is just stupid. Unfortunately all this means nothing as you have to have this app if you bought the device so good luck.
